1.    Approval of financial disbursements (checks), FY 2018-2019:  a) 4/16/19 - 4/30/19.
2.    Approval of City Council Minutes:  a) 7/7/19.
3.    Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department, 2019-20 child care staffing proposal, report. a) Department request memo, 5/13/19.
4.     Notice of completion:  Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant, 700 Coast Highway, ATAD Modification project, phase 2 P002, report.Resolution. a) Completion notice.
5.     Consideration of approval of settlement agreement: Seaweed Holistics illegal cannabis sales to recover back taxes, and attorney fees. Business operation settlement between Ana C. Leano-Williams, Anthony Williams, Elevated Minds, Inc., and Hanni and Ronald Gindrod as Trustees of the Ronald and Hanni Grindrod Family Trust, report/Rsolution. The City will receive $10,000 by 6/18/19, and future payments totaling $32,000 over the next 2 years.  a) Settlement agreement.
6.     Resolution of intent to continue the Business Improvement District program (BID) to levy annual assessments ($1 per hotel room per day), FY 2019-20, report/Resolution.  a) Chamber of Commerce: BID annual report, FY 2018-19.
