Planning Commission Meeting, Monday May 16, 2022

Please note, this is an In-Person Planning Commission  meeting.
The Planning Commission meeting location is at City Council Chambers, 2212 Beach Blvd., Pacifica.   As in past years, off-street parking is
allowed in the neighborhood, with a parking permit obtained from a rack upon entering the downstairs Chambers lobby. Place the permit on the auto dashboard, visible to law enforcement personnel.   
Alternatively, the Planning Commission
meeting may be viewed through the City website livestream , or  through local Pacific Coast Television PCT/Pacifica Channel 26 (And note, PCT also links their program calendar, and recent coastside civic meeting videos.)

New Public Hearings
Items 2 through 4 below, include five (5) Coastal Commission approved parking spaces with three year City Coastal
Permits: part of the Temporary Safe Parking Program.
Program participants included those living in an operational recreational vehicle, trailer or motorhome
with operating restroom facilities.  Parking duration will be for a limited period of time.
Establish two (2) on-street, tandem parking spaces (60' by 10'): West side of Bradford Way near the Sh
arp Park Golf Course, report.  Bradford Way location:  a) Resolution (draft).   b)  Summary (Permit, Parking Scope).   c) Land Use/Zoning.
Establish two (2) on excess San Pedro Avenue public right-of-way (ROW) parking spaces (30' by 10'): San Pedro Avenue in the dirt ROW in front of ACE Hardware (Project site), report.   a) Resolution (draft).   b) Summary (Permit Parking Scope).   c) Land Use/Zoning.
  Establish one (1) on-street parking space (30' by 10'):  West side of Francisco Boulevard right-of-way (ROW), east of 2400 Francisco Boulevard, approximately 32 feet
north of the Clarendon Road and Francisco Boulevard intersection, report.  a) Resolution (draft).  b) Summary (Permit Parking Scope).  c) Land Use/Zoning Exhibit.
