6/28/2021, Council Meeting Consideration Item 8 Esplanade to Bill Drake Way: Looks like council supports OSVs returning to Esplanade because of ACLU lawsuit. District 2 council election comes Nov 2022. Pacific Manor sure needs council representation as policing OSVs problems will return. Sanitation is not strong point, along with Pacifica lack of maintenance bike path and dangerous Esplanade Beach pathway access. Pacific Manor area needs a little federal American Rescue Act help as area is popular with whale watchers, picnickers, para-gliders, and forgotten bike riders who bring a positive influence.
