Pay attention boys and girls. SPSP public meeting this week Thurs 12/3. This a MAJOR issue to the future of a VIABLE Pacifica. Please join in. Be in the same step, not one behind.
What is "SPSP"? And what's the "MAJOR issue"?
OK, SPSP is "Sharp Park Specific Plan". It is one component of the General Plan. It is THE most important plan to keep , not only the history, but the vibrancy of the area. The most important issue is replacement of the Seawall. Many things have already been set in motion to that end. This can and will not only protect existing properties and infrastructure but add the potential for MUCH better use of the existing areas including planned, manageable amendment to the '35 height restrictions currently in place. This is the future of a vibrant Pacifica that we all strive for. ALL info is available on the City website.
