Pacifica Historical Society needs your email for local grant

I am a member of the Pacifica Historical Society and I believe it is one of the best organizations here in Pacifica. If you can take a second to shoot an email supporting the Society, please do. And don't be shy about sharing.
Thanks
Jim Wagner

The new Fresh & Easy Market will open, in the Pedro Point Shopping Center, on March 9th.
For each new store opening they invite neighbors to nominate a local non-profit organization
to receive a $1000.00 donation.  Based off the nominations received, store employees will select the winning charity.
Please go on line at www.freshandeasy.com/goodneighbor and nominate the Pacifca Historical Society to receive these funds.  Tell them why we deserve these funds in 150 words or less.
We currently are at a "stand still" in the LBC restoration project because of lack of funds
and we really need this donation.  Please ask your relatives, friends, and neighbors to
submit a request in our behalf.  Thanks!

what is fresh and easy corporate privacy policy for these Pacifica emails once in their possession? Will we get any commercial emails? Will emails be sold or traded to other partners or entities within or outside fresh and easy corp. structure?
Pls post fresh and easy pledge on use or non-use of our emails.

Anon, try the website link, scroll down to the "privacy policy". "We do not share information with 3rd parties " but you will probably receive emails from Fresh and Easy.

The Little Brown Church restoration is worth supporting. Its the "volunteer" city museum, including the cost to "fix" the building.

The city cannot afford to "fix" anything. And, rather than develop commercial to afford a city museum, we must tell "Fresh and Easy" why the city museum deserves to exist, and in return accept commercial emails.

I just nominated the Pacifica Resource Center. I did not have to give any personal information, just information about the group I wanted to nominate. I didn't even have to give my name.

I looked at the website, and Fresh & Easy doesn't ask for your email when you nominate an organization.

They do ask for the email of the organization you're nominating.

Yes, but the email is not mandatory. I did not have PRC's email handy, so I left it blank and my nomination went through. I think all that was mandatory was the name of the org, phone number, and a contact name. Even their address was not mandatory.

Yep, you're right, Heather.
