Do you think that any of the council wants to see the city go bankrupt. We will just not have any revenue producing projects. We can keep everyone happy with trails and consultants and lawsuits. That way we sidetrack and ignore the real problems of town?
BTW why go a little bankrupt..We have to go big big big!!!!
