Planning Commission Meeting, Monday March 7, 2022

   develop for commercial use.

  File 2016-004.  Construction of a 43,696 square foot (sf)  mixed-use development:   three buildings with 1
9 residential units (3 below market rate); and 3,165 square foot (sf) of commercial use, 570 Crespi Drive, with intent to purchase a portion of City owned 540 Crespi, the location of the Pacifica Community Center and to make certain improvements.  (APN 022-162-420).  The total project side, following purchase of City owned property would be 72,984 square feet (sf), 1.675 acres.
