we cannot afford a shiny city hall for bureaucrat. Cant pave our streets, but we can dish up new comfy offices. How about portable offices??
Pretty funny that we're still in a tizzy about a new City Hall.
I remember way back in the days of "No on L" council person/mayor Pete opined in writing and at public meetings that it was immoral to force employees working in City Hall suffer one more day of this unhealthy and substandard building. What happened?
Oh yea, Pete and his cohorts were twisting and torturing this issue to supplant Peeble's attempt to better our city and bring desperately needed revenue to actually improve Pacifica.
"Never mind"!
Sneaky Pete, was up there saying how dangerous City Hall was. Unsafe for employees to work there. That was when Sneaky Pete, Vreeland and Julie Lancelle wanted the incredible City Council Chambers on their pet project $35,000,000 dollar library. It was amazing how much Malfeasance these Jokers got away with on their watch.
