Planning Commission meeting, Tuesday January 19, 2021

This Planning Commission meeting may be viewed and virtually participated in on ZOOM ,  or  through the City website livestreamDial-in is also available 1-669-900-6833 .  Also, this City Council meeting will be televised on local Pacific Coast Television PCT/Pacifica Channel 26 PCT also links their program calendar, and recent coastside civic meeting videos.   
Complying with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Disease Notice (fully detailed on page 1 of the City Council PDF link below):  this civic meeting will not be physically open to the public, and will be held through teleconferencing.

Coastal flood warning issued as King tides expected Sunday and Monday
 Item 1:  Emergency CDP... short meeting.

Open Session, 7 p.m.  Administrative:  Approval of order of agenda.  Minutes (draft):  a) 11/2/20.  b) 11/16/20.  Designation of liaison to City Council meeting, none.   Consideration items, none.
Oral Communications: 

Consent item:
1.  File 2020-019.  Emergency Coastal Development Permit, CDP-424-20.:  demolish a portion of the sidewalk adjacent to Pacifica pier
(2100 block Beach Blvd), to investigate damage (a hole) caused by intense wave action, report, with photographs.  a) Emergency CDP, with description of work, page 3.

New Public Hearings:
File 2020-013.  Amendment to Cannabis Activity permit, CAP 8-18.  Storefront window timing, and processing fees:  450 Dondee Way, Suite 2, (APN 022-021-640).  Continue item to 2/16/21,
File 2020-003.  Temporary Use permit, TUP-1-20.  Operate a church within a tent, erected beneath an existing covered arena structure for a period not to exceed six (6) months: 650 Cape Breton Drive, (APNs 018-170-060, and 022-320-200).
  Continue item to 2/16/21, report.
