San Mateo County Liberry Free Magazine Downloads

I knew the San Mateo County Liberry offered free and discounted passes to museums in the Bay Area, which saves me at least $100 a year - but I just discovered it also offers free electronic access to dozens of magazines. My subscription to one magazine was about to run out, and the renewal rate was $160 for a year. The half-price discount I always used previously was no longer offered, so being the cheapskate that I am, I was searching the web for other discount subscription rates and discovered that I could just download the magazine for free from the liberry onto my tablet, phone or computer. Woo-hoo! You're paying taxes for these programs, so you might as well take advantage of them.

Thanks for posting, Steve. There is a difference between being cheap, frugal and thrifty. I don't think you're cheap.
I'm also thrifty. Its just common sense.
