Welcome to Pacifica, we will only appoint you to a committee if you have no relevant experience.
Our city council is especially inept... but I think we all know that.

Like most things Cynthia Kaufman and Keener come up with, it costs money Pacifica doesn't have. Bier and the other one just follow the leader, Cynthia, the puppet master.
