Police Chief Monday night council report on rv parking & homeless problem, using West Manor & Esplanade beach area as example: drug & sanitation issues caused by no police enforcement basic drug & sanitation laws.Pacific Manor shopping area needs to be protected from these abuses.
How about the ones parked on Oceana Bl by the high school, where kids are walking to school?
I understand they booted them out from parking on that road on the west side of the Half Moon Bay Airport.
Police Chief study session report on rv parking and homeless predicament shows that police enforcement is non-existent.It is apparent that Chief will not do anything until council and city manager change permissive policies. More enforcement against unlicensed cherry sellers on Skyline Blvd than protected unlicensed marijuana dispensaries for example.
