Just to let you all know the Planning Commission approved both the six single family residential development And the two story 2-family dwelling.

Allright!!!!
Pacifica has approved housing for eight families. Are they affordable? Did you remember to get approval from Nancy Hall, Cynthia Kaufman, Peter Loeb, Julie Lancelle, Dina Verby, Deirdre Martian, John Keener and Sue Digre. Otherwise the approval won't stand when the faux-enviros start appealing.

The planning commission is pretty rational. It's city council that is the real problem regarding our housing needs.

Agreed.
Council is owned by no-construction NOBY's.
They will continue to try and slap a tax on others in the form of Rent Control, phony endangered species, grossly exaggerated sea level rise scare stories, bought science justifications and any other trick they can find to cover their total ineptitude and sell out to the "I got mines".
The Kaufman commies are working overtime to take over Pacifica.
