Consideration items:
2.   File 2015-002.  Construction applicant request to extend their two year heritage tree removal permit which expires 3/4/21, by 18 months ( to 9/4/22) :  1335 Adobe Drive (APN 023-222-080), (Linda Mar neighborhood).  Additional time is needed to complete the construction of a seven-unit residential townhome project, report.  Planning Commission, 3/4/19: a) Adopted Resolution, b) Report. c) Minutes.
