Anonymous said...: Things might be looking up at the Planning Commission. Just noticed a SOLD sign on that hillside property at Rockaway by the Lutheran (/) church.

Probable that within a year, there will be some preliminary proposals for development. I along with many others will be interested to see whether the pro-growth or the anti-growth crowd prevails on any building.
