American vacations, people are less inclined to think of beach cities
per se, at least before big cities like New York, Chicago or our
National Parks," said Allison Michaels, the site's travel editor. "So
it's interesting to see a beach destination rise to the top. "

noteworthy sunsets. Only 20 minutes outside of San Francisco, the city
cherishes its smaller town feel so close to the city. Visitors love Rockaway Beach, the Pacifica Pier, Pedro Point, and
Skyline Blvd. It’s also home to Frontierland Park, San Pedro County
Park, and Mori Point. Linda Mar State Beach is a favorite destination
with adventure-seekers interested in surfing, hiking, and biking. Each year, Pacifica hosts the Pacific Coast Fog Festival during the last
Saturday and Sunday of September. The festival offers a hometown
parade, plenty of activities for children, and a variety of local
artists, vendors, and performers."

I wonder what visitors love about skyline blvd. I live up here not far from ramallah plaza and I dont' percieve the street to be touristy whatsoever, although visiting the quick mart for some beer is quite an experience, as is the check cashing place. Maybe the tree lined part by sharp park road...???
I guess thats sort of scenic.
What? No mention of scenic Palmetto?

No money for the city to finish Palmetto. I wonder what happens to the new street lights they bought. You know the ones that have a blue color when it's foggy.
The city might as well put them on ebay.
Oh no 802. There's going to be a miracle. I can feel it.
Pacifica needs a real tourist attraction and a council and chamber to take advantage of the tourists. Every other beach town takes advantage of being a beach town? Why can't Pacifica. Just like how both upstate NY and Canada take advantage of thousands of tourists who visit Niagra Falls.
