That subject came up on another email list. I said (privately) to go easy on Maybury, since he was paid to do Plater's dirty work on Riptide. Kind of like Glenn Beck promoting fear of the dollar on his talk show while shilling for gold companies on infomercials.
well hey that was me posting above. Don't know why google signed me back in as an editor. anyway, the point was at least Maybury was bought by Plater, so you can't really blame him too for the shilling, or "editing" posts from pro-golf course advocates on Riptide.
Kind of like how a certain now-out-of-business development company (rhymes with "Spyfield") paid John Curtis a "consulting" fee to get him not to meddle with their project (which never came to fruition).
Of course no one owns us here at Fix Pacifica . . .
Probably paying for advertising on John Maybury was an inexpensive investment, John seems to actually believe in more empty, nonproductive space for Pacifica. The relationship of John Curtis to the DOA "Spyfield" project could be more interesting. Hope the next quarry developer talks with this John too.
I just said we haven't sold our integrity . . . yet. Funny how deep pocketed out of towners are only evil if they are successful developers, not if they are unsuccessful litigators.

Who is the redheaded Plater next to Speier? She is kind of hot.
Resistance is futile!
Where is Maybury? Oh, he must be off camera writing Platers press releases.
Butch,

And they call US "Fox Pacifica"!

"Of course no one owns us here at Fix Pacifica..."
But if anyone wants to make an offer...
