were these the same buildings that tried to put in some rock barriers last year, and the city tried to strong arm them into building a coastal trail as a condition of approval?
One other interesting fact I was able to dig up . . . the person processing eviction notices through the San Mateo County Court for 310 and 320 Esplanade has been Millard Tong . . .
