Mavericks Beach may still be polluted, warning from 5/16/12

"The San Mateo County Department of Environmental Health has issued a water-quality warning for Mavericks Beach and San Vicente and Pilarcitos creeks on the Coastside. The warnings come after regular testing on Wednesday." (5/16/12).

".... In general, county health officials suggest not to swim near areas in which creeks meet the ocean. Urban and agricultural runoff may lead to unhealthy water."  Read Article.
