If you're pushing right wing politics based reporting of Steven Crowder, a comedian with a partisan right-wing political agenda, these sources are NOT reliable. Remember the steel industry failure, the auto industry decline then failure? A large segment of the population lost jobs and vacated, moved away from Detroit, thereby abandoning parts of the once industrial city. And, that's a location where right-wing comedian Crowder was making his mock-news cast. This kind of representation isn't news, it isn't edgy satirical license, its pure propaganda. This is pretty weird, radicalized propaganda, NOT journalism, and no attempted to be factual. Crowder's website: "doing the laundry that's a peace prize" etc. Contrast to CNN reporting http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/dec/27/obama-nobel-prize-jesse-jackson . "Electing Obama has inspired hope in America but also among marginalised groups around the world."

He could have made that same video in St. Louis or other cities. Then he blames the abandoned buildings on leftist politicians, government bureaucracy, and unions.
