Fix Pacifica: Stopping state raids essential to protecting local services

Looks like locally raised Canepa has taken on the state's money grab of cities revenue. Kudos to Dave!!

Steve Sinai said...: Canepa was one of the Daly City Councilmembers who decided to cut the city clerk's salary by 50% right after she was elected. He and the rest of the Daly City Council had supported her opponent.
