1. Expand Pacifica Resource Center facility, 1809 Palmetto Avenue.
2. Subdivide a vacant lot into two (2) lots, 500 block of Brighton Road.
Consideration
3. Appoint a Commissioner to the Library Advisory Committee.
4. Reorganization of the Planning Commission; and elect a Chair, and Vice Chair.

Council appointed new commissioners last Monday.They set the city up for abject failure. Karen wasn't there and requested that the appointments be postponed to the following meeting. Keener in alleged collusion with Digre pushed the agenda forward and proceeded to orchestrate a takeover of a moderate commission clearly setting the plate for a no growth agenda. Three applicants, Mike Bell, Avram Frankel, and incumbent Sue Vaterlaus were passed over to reappoint Brown Act violators Tom Clifford, Rich Cambell, and a new no-name. We're back in the dark ages people. Maybe the county will bail us and our pension obligation out.
Subdivide a lot into 2 lots. OMG that is major development. The traffic. The Horror!
