Kathy, Did you see the latest from City Council? Karen Ervin, and Len Strone, trying to go into contact with Colt, to purchase his property for the Vast Vreeland era trail system.
$583,000!!
Karen's pet project, turning Palmetto into Pacifica's downtown, flopped horrible due to the city not having the money to finish the underground utilities.
Yes, city council put the cart before the horse, and bought street lights before they had the money to finish.
Len Stone, Insurance guy and Karen Ervin Bio Tech person playing Donald Trump and Leona Helmsley, trying to play Monopoly with taxpayers money.
As I have said before many things are improperly placed on the consent Calender in the hope of avoiding public comment. Staff and council need to stop the games and engage the people in the decision making process.
It looks like Mary Ann, through Karen and Len under the bus.
Len, probably doesn't care cause he is not running for re-election.
So how are these bozo's any different that tax and spenders?
I'm not so crazy about more trails but if all the nimbys and gang of no are all against this thing there must be something good about it.
High Five on that, Tom Clifford.
Pretty bold, but this council finally dropped that 4 million dollar turd and no heads rolled. Probably feeling invincible right about now. Oh yeah, they're walking with the lions.
1106 These bozos are different from all other tax and spenders because they're our bozos. Play the celestial music and release the doves, now.
Kathy
