seems like everything that needs to be upgraded in pacifica cost 50 million dollars.
same with the pensions or was that 20 million??
and then multiply by 2 to accomodate all those fat change orders and the usual delays, theft and extortion
I wonder how much bond insurance is costing for the rates they are qouting? The towns broke. Once the finance guys get done going through the books and talking with Ritzma it could be interesting placing those bonds.
