Floyd and the Ouch-Bahati team were not invited to the race.
Why weren't they riding in our multi million dollar bike lanes?
Did you see Team Pacifica City Council pedal by? They were the ones with the training wheels...

Steve, on the other hand, who else was there? Don't see anyone else taking these "ecotourism" pass-through pictures. Anyhow, given other Amgen Bike Tour news coverage, these systematic 4 view pictures were a surprise and quite a treat.
Truth Police, clearly this was another "Team Pacifica City Council" economic plan event for Pacifica. As Steve said "zoom, zoom..."
From the existing city council, the economic development plan for the city has transitioned from "our environment is our economy" to "recreation is our economy" to "our economy is our ecotourism", huh?
LANCE CRASHED near Visalia, caused by other bicyclists hitting gravel. He's off to the hospital for x-rays.
