New tale of Detroit’s woe: Pontiac Silverdome sold for $583,000

Pontiac, Mich., sold the 80,300-seat Silverdome for $583,000 Wednesday. The former home of the Detroit Lions cost $55.7 million to build in 1975.

I know this has nothing to do with Pacifica, but it worries me when people like Plater move here. I am not saying Plater caused Detroits problems, but his work helps bankrupt cities. Too much government interference. Michigan is a mess, the government owns the state now. The government is buying all the homes. I know of a Marine, out of the military, went to go buy a home in Detroit and the bank outbid him. It was a bank that our Government now owns. Why?
