Midcoast Council seeks highway 1 improvement and development


Midcoast  fixing our highway and our economy

"The Midcoast Community Council finalized its draft of an action plan that outlines possible improvements for safety and mobility along Highway 1. The draft now goes to the county Board of Supervisors for consideration.

Design suggestions, which can be found at www.midcoastcommunitycouncil.org, include suggestions for medians, traffic circulation, parking, pedestrian safety, bikeways and trails.

Some of these various projects would be funded with a government grant in the short term. In the future, however, the MCC hopes to promote more extensive projects in Montara, Moss Beach and El Granada." Read Article.
