Still no mention of the "unaccounted for" $4,000,000.
I have asked but as to date have no answer. a meeting is scheduled to take place this week between the assistant City Manager and the consultant.
And the consultant is going to tell everyone CYOA.
Merchants are speaking out about code enforcement going after the sandwich board shops.

Article in today's Tribune. Maybe city hall can figure out a way to allow the sandwich board signs. They bring in Business!
913 Still with your sandwich board sign? Our code enforcement officer is taking direction from someone farther up the food chain and so forth and so on. You got any friends? Keep complaining to council. It's their vision of Pacifica. They can tweak it if they want to. They like to be popular and you know they're tigers for business, right? Right?
Once again, our Tribune wasn't delivered so I haven't seen today's paper.
