In other news Council meeting highlights... All 5 council members thanked the negotiators for coming to an agreement with the fire fighters.

Lorenzo Hines highlighted that out of 45 applicants, none of them made the grade, they all were inexperienced...for the Finance Service Manager position, so they had to up the money by $737 a month, and see if they could do better, because Pacifica is an expensive place to live and noone good wanted to apply.

Good words for Dorsetta Hale, poet laureate, and the Hip Housing kids.

Mike pays tribute to Elaine;

Mary Ann wants to look at affordable housing so it's "doable".

Karen: Reiterates expression of sympathy about Elaine. Meeting will adjourn in her honor. As the city improves, Pacifica can support low income housing and homeless services.

Keener: "I'm new, no messages, maybe next time"

Karen gives the oral communications lesson / warnings.
Speakers: Mary Bier for Youth programs against alchol, having meeting; Roger Medler usual speech; Therese Dyer regarding handicapped parking, going to submit an ADA lawsuit.; Cindy Abbott--Resource center supporting the bi-annual homeless count
