11:30 PM update

No change from the 11 PM numbers below.

A few years ago when I was a poll worker, elections officials told us more than half the ballots cast in San Mateo County were mail-in and early ballots, and that proportion was expected to grow.

Looking at the count totals and proportions between early ballots and today's ballots on the Race Tracker website, it looks like it's time to stick a fork in it, folks.
