Small carbon footprint, only $179,000 Canadian

It's known as "the littlest house" in Toronto. At just 312 square feet, the nearly 100-year-old house is for sale for about $179,000. "Instead of buying a space in a building, they can actually own real property, a piece of land even though it's smaller."
