Don't you think that a comprehensive audit should have a little discussion attached to it?
This item should be pulled from the consent calendar and brought to a public discussion.
I would recommend going to the city home page, to the finance dept., then to the CAFR's. Did you know that the Chamber and the City were vigorously promoting commercial development in fiscal 08/09? Lot's of tidbits in the notes
