"Seeking
information about what Pacificans want to see in the Quarry, the new
owner conducted a telephone survey of local residents last month. .... “We are evaluating what the best
path may be going forward. We tested any of the various developments
that you could do: retail, entertainment, hotel, conference center and
residential developments.
.... The
poll surveyed 250 residents who represented Pacifica’s demographics. .... No final decision has yet been made about what potential development to present to residents or to the city, he said.
.... There will soon be a website set up to offer residents a chance for feedback about any potential development at the Quarry. “So
far it’s been really positive. Everyone would like to see something at
the Quarry site as an amenity that is helpful to the whole community.
Different people have different opinions about that,” he (Jeff Flint, a public relations consultant with FSB Core Strategies) said." Read more.
