Planning Commission meeting, Monday, November 2, 2015


Update:  Only 3 Planning Commissioners of 7 in attendance (Chuck Evans, John Nibbelin, Sue Vaterlaus). No quorum for Public Hearings voting: Items 2 and 3 will be heard at the next Planning Commission meeting.  Item 1. Lorenzo Hines, Assistant City Manager gave a Presentation reviewing  the fiscal year 2015-16 City Budget.

3.  SP-153-15.  Three-story single family residence, 3,111 square feet, 323 Beaumont Boulevard (APN 009-037-450).  New construction on a 6,105 square foot vacant lot.  (Approve as conditioned.)
