1.  PSD-802-15, CDP-357-15, UP-067-15, SUB-229-15. Construct on two (2) separate lots, 15 and 29 Montecito Avenue (APN 016-182-170 and 016-182-350), one 3-story condominium duplex and one 3-story condominium triplex, 5 units total. Approximate unit size: 2,281 to 3,186 square feet.

The applicant may be singlehandedly gentrifying that area. He has other projects under construction on Santa Rosa Ave. The proposed project on Montecito sounds great. Tearing down some old structures and building 5 large condos over 2200 sq ft each. Housing, pricey, but it's housing nonetheless.
