Soooo Pacifica. House plans include an 'accessory' bldg or solarium in the yard for hydroponics and a Canary Island Date Palm Heritage Tree next door in need of protection. And the house has an elevator. Yes!
Hey they are on critical mass down at city hall. 2 planning commission meetings in a row. But I think this makes 2-3 for the year.

11:01 Not sure who Javier is but 2 meetings is referring to 2 planning commission meetings in a row that actually took place. They have cancelled most meetings because there were no projects to consider.
