Public hearing - Specific Plan, SP-148-13, file SP-148-14, (APN 009-085-280), 323 Farallon Avenue. Construction of a (2,400 sq ft.) three story (3 bedroom, 2 bath) single-family dwelling (two-car garage), with a detached (500 sq ft.) accessory building on a vacant infill lot in the Fairmont neighborhood.
The General Plan designation is low density residential, and consistent with design guidelines in that area. Required and proposed zoning standards conformance are listed on the Agenda Staff Report, page 4. Agenda attachments were not included.
