He was screaming a bunch of stuff about how Obama care was a failure.
The updated links have been added to the article. The man arrested at his home was 84 years old.
From the SF Gate article, "Police did not say what the motive might have been for the shooting, in which no one was injured. Iwase was booked at San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder."
