351, thank you. I'll post the Planning Commission meeting YouTube on the this article. And it's a good idea to post these public meeting videos going forward.
7-Eleven is the first item on the agenda, (1 hour, 30 minutes, vote 6-1 (Commissioner Mike Brown voted no). (The total meeting 3 hours, 31 minutes.)
Why would Dave & Lou's Valero gas station (located on the south side of Pacifica) oppose this north of town convenience store project?
7-Eleven convenience stores, 1) this new one, plus two existing: 2) 137 Manor Dr, 3) 100 Clarendon Rd. Is there another 7-Eleven planned, and where would that be?

Dave and Lous is for sale. I have not seen anything that 7-11 is buying this property, yet.
