The house races are about to start. Who will be first to the bottom of the hill?
Tom Clifford, I think we all hope it isn't like that. I remember January 1982 very clearly. Let's hope everyone comes through this storm safely.
12:00 PM - Amen to that. Pacifica's aging infrastructure does not do well in these major storms. Let's hope this one is over-hyped and will not be that big a deal. But be prepared for some hillside, tree, power line, storm drain, flooding, or sewer plant failures. And all hail the public works crews who will be doing their best to take care of us.
I am with you guys. I hope everyone comes through this storm hail and hearty with no loss of property or life. Be safe, Be well, and have a Merry Christmas.
TV news update: tomorrow Thursday, 12/11, worst part of the storm is expected to be 7 am to 1 pm.
Corral your lawn inflatables in your garages and kiss your outdoor lights and anything on your roof bye bye! Which lucky neighborhood has trash pick-up tomorrow?
I have trash pickup tomorrow.
Steve first your going to have too find your trash !!!
Those 70-mile an hour winds delivered lots of trash to my little hillside street. Happy to toss it for ya, Pacifica! And no rate increase from me.
Souvenirs of the storm. Anyone on here missing two very plush and large mint green bath towels, one wash cloth and a matching floor mat? Landed in my back yard during the storm. I washed and dried them and they're like new. Anon, covert drop of these items at a safe location can be arranged.
