These phone scammers are still not shut down. A few days ago, I received one of these phone calls-- 5:30 am, nope didn't pick it up.

Fox 6 News, 8/29/14. "Do NOT answer your phone if the number dialing is 202-609-7070."
"WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is warning
American taxpayers about a widespread phone scam. The callers
fraudulently claim to be IRS agents and demand payment for fake tax
