Haha I wonder if anyone on city council brings up the UUT tax being shot down?

It would be encouraging to hear "I don't know what we were thinking", but we'll probably get a very earnest declaration on improving communications between council and the public, because, you know, the public just don't get it. I smell a consultant and a committee. Maybe we'll get a little "you're going to be so sorry".

Thanks I like it. I have about twenty more. Different styles for different moods. Today i felt like a Cattle baron. Life is to be enjoyed.
On a more serious note what did you think of my speech? Bottom line is I want the City Council to make all C.C. sub-committees meetings open to the public and also for all C.C. sub-committees to come to the full council in a public hearing to ask for permission to spend public funds, no more spending Thousands of dollars in secret.

Tom

Your speech was dead on. That was why when you left Mary Ann was making some smart ass comment to Ervin.

Mary Ann, is Vreeland 2.0.

Todd S was in no way involved in the No on tax campaign. Give him a mike and TV camera and he's a star!

And still our Council mentions nothing about wages and benefits.

Tod Schlesinger is always a star, delivering the message of hell to city council during citizen comments. Sometimes Tod is the only star. He frequently does his own research, he is both articulate and appreciated by many of us.

658 AM, the No on Measure V was a smart grassroots, people campaign against city sponsored Measure V tax. Congratulations! But your anonymous disclaimer that Tod was "in no way involved with the No on tax campaign" is bankrupt. Tod did not claim to be involved with the campaign, he expressed a citizen opinion. Hurray for him, he is a valued member of the community (everyone counts).

Todd personally attacked people, not even Council members in violation of the rules. The Council is intimidated by his tactics. He has been warned plenty of times, he should be arrested and humiliated. Stone should grow a pair.

And these bozos are still being apologists for city council!

1044, I know, under white hood you could "arrest and humiliate" those who make personal comments during authorized public communications.

If Tod S voted no he was on our side.

We need people like Tod and Therese to shake up this city. Keep them on their toes. I commend them for showing up and fighting for what they believe in.

No one is happier to see them representing the opposition than Council.

Big thanks to Tom Clifford, Jim Wagner and rest of the no on V group.

Now we have to get rid of Stone and O’Neil next November and take back our city. Clifford and Campbell 2014 has a nice ring to it.

I would vote for Tom, if he promises to wear that cool hat at council meetings.

Please, 243, take it back. To paraphrase the great Colin Powell, you broke it, own it!

Hello 2:43? Campbell? You mean the guy ONeill tromped on? You must be a delusional NIMBY. Did you believe Loeb was going to win that lawsuit too?
