I'm no attorney, but I disagree. Their allegations are very ripe and smell like dog poo roasting in the sun for three days.

I was very impressed with Kenyon's letter (our city attorney). She pointed out the mistakes that Loeb and his attorney Bohner made, and it sounds like they took their only shot way too early. I hope the judge and the court system dismisses this suit and abolishes them from trying to keep the control over the City Council. They do not realize actions like this keep people from wanting to invest in Pacifica!!

Bohner and Loeb very much understand that actions like this keep people from wanting to invest in Pacifica.

That's why they're doing it.

Detroit filed for bankruptcy, becoming the nation's largest public sector bankruptcy.

The move could slash pension benefits to city workers and retirees, and leave investors holding the city's debt with only pennies on the dollar.

I love when people say that the economy is turned around. There's a whole lot more cities ready to file chapter 9.

The pension tsunami is still coming and Pacifica is in it's path. Just wait till CalPers starts demanding more money.
