Why would they
do that? Steidle said the victim-turned-suspect lied to cover up for

So that "little white lie" cost the Pacifica Police Department "thousands of dollars," and they're not going to demand to be reimbursed ? What kind of message does that send? Fantastic, another future scofflaw in the making.
The "gang of no" cost pacifica millions of dollars in lost revenue, and no one has demanded to be reimbursed.
