Here's some interesting information to peruse. Basically, we're doomed.
The state is supposed to pay back the money they borrowed soon. What's
the chance that's going to happen?
Neither the state, nor the people in the state are doomed according to the LAO Economic Forecast projection report, pages 12, 13, 15. Nasty recession, improvements going forward.
As with Steve's "voter survey" article we feel economically "doomed". Hey, we live in Pacifica, maybe we are doomed after all-- see if the election brings substantial leadership change.

According to Kathy, and her resources, we're just doomed in Pacifica and everywhere else is just fine.
