Special City Council Closed Session meeting, Wednesday April 5, 2017

Anticipated City litigation (parties and cause) are not stated on this City Council Closed Session Agenda; and, the City is not commenting further.  Any Agenda allowed public comments would likely be known only by those who are informed and affected by the litigation.  If you know about this lawsuit and wish to share, please let us know, thanks!

".....there is a significant exposure to litigation."
These are the things that can break a city already on the edge of extinction.
Wonder if the brain trust of Keener, Deirdre and Digre have a clue.
Their puppet masters sure do and this is a perfect piece of their game plan.

I couldn't find anything at the county about a major litigation. What's up? Maybe dom Stegnunk can start an investigation.

"significant exposure to litigation" is standard boilerplate language for closed session. It could be somebody fell and broke their nose on city property or it could be something much more. The "significant exposure" doesn't tell you anything.

8:45, there's nothing "standard boilerplate" about calling a special wednesday closed session meeting about it
