422, I think our current General Manager's Office deserves credit for doing just that, and continuing to improve conditions for this City.
Hurray for General Manager Lorie Tinfow and her great Staff!!!

Given the majority on council, I'd guess the goals can basically be summed up as, "Nothing".

Yep. For NIMBYS/hippies, accomplishing nothing is viewed as an accomplishment.
