!!!Will Deirdre have to drop out as well? Hot off the press!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It appears that the company Deirdre works for is a major contractor for the Department of Defense and General Services Administration. This would appear to be covered by the Hatch Act as well. So, she will either have to ask the Democratic Central Committee to rescind the endorsement or drop out herself. How ironic that the same act that some would say was nefariously employed to force Nihart out could come back around and bite her. Maybe her friends are too smart for their own good!

Such beautiful irony. KARMA really does exist even in Pacifica. Beware Keener and all of your hypocritical cronies, you're already in a deficit position.

I wonder if they even care?

Wishful thinking. It's way to hot have another beer to cool down.

Hey, Keener, your protégé seems to have an issue. Juju returning for a laugh. All this hyperventilating by Ian Butler and his minions (read Stesnunk) is for naught perhaps. Set up the drum circle, you'll need some chanting.

Are Contractors to the Federal Government Considered "Covered Employees" Under the Hatch Act?
Sunday Sep 25, 2016

Several have emailed today asking if federal contractors are considered covered employees under the Hatch Act. Generally, they are not considered "covered employees" and ARE allowed to participate in partisan elections.

I would hope some of our more intrepid gumshoes out there could do a little sleuthing to perhaps point out the pertinent passages in the act itself for us hacks.

F. Lee Hack - apparently you are too dumb to google it yourself. Here's one link. There are lots of others.
