Nice graphic. I'd love me some "city growth and progress". Looks like it won't be Harmony@1. Abandoned? Sure looks like it and a Mechanics Lien was filed in December by vendor for quarter million on sewer system work. Others are rumored. No doubt we'll have experts saying otherwise, but we may have yet another dud. Whatever became of all those rich Chinese buyers? Oh well, at least that crack team of realtors got to go to China. Pacifica is cursed. If Harmony has indeed failed, I wanna be first to say it's all Brays fault. Let's just ride out the next recession and let a new bunch of saps pick it up in 2020.
