"The first Pacifica baby of the New Year is a boy, the second child for Anthony and Nicole Fisicaro.
Born
Jan. 6 at 1:31 p.m. at Mills-Peninsula Hospital, Luca James Fisicaro
weighed in at seven pounds, three ounces and stretched out to 20.5
inches. He joins big sister, Gianna, two and a half, at the family’s Linda Mar home.

And the Friends of Pacifica V4.2 immediately marched into action and filed an appeal with the Planning Commission citing the new baby would cause:
- increased traffic
- environmental degradation
- overcrowding in the schools
- obstructed views in the neighborhood
- shadowing/sun blockage of the neighbors
- an irreparable burden on our infrastructure
- a menace to ALL endangered and non endangered species/habitats/wetlands
The defense that Luca maintains an almost imperceptible ecological and carbon footprint has been deemed to be "anti-environment, anti-choice, racist, sexist, bigoted and misogynistic" by The Friends.
